Not flesh of my flesh, nor bone of my bone; but, still miraculously, my own.
Never forget, for a single minute you didn't grow under my heart, but in it.

BBQ Plate Sale a Success!

The BBQ Plate Sale was an awesome success today!! YIPEEE! We had so much wonderful help from our Church family and things went off very very well. The day did not begin so good when Bobby's Van broke down on the way to the sell. We had to leave it on the side of the road, squeeze Bobby and as much as we could fit in the car with Celeste and I and all the stuff we had and go on to the Church. A dear friend loaned her van for Bobby to go get the rest of the stuff in his van and then also for him to use for his route of BBQ plate deliveries! :) We sold a total of 279 Plates and delivered the marjority of them with 7 drivers! :) Yipeee :) We ran out of beans and had to go to the restraunt that had donated them and buy some more and so that was kinda a kink but worked out and we also ran out of desserts and a friend ran to a store and bought some more. Not quite sure how it happend but there ya go :) We had quite a few donations so we did not have as many expenses coming out of the proceeds! :) The baby fund is growing and growing, praise God!! We still need continues prayers for it to continue on and on. We have a long way to go but God is faithful! Thank you Jesus! :) Praying for other fundraisers to keep the money coming in and just prayin in general that God will send it one way or another! I know that my God is Able!

Thanks so much to all my friends and Church family who helped us today. We could NEVER have pulled this off without you guys! :) May God richly bless you for your help and love and care of us and our sweet baby boy Noah! NOAH, mommy and Daddy are gettin closer and closer to you sweetie! :) Catch my kisses in the wind little man! WE LOVE YOU!

BBQ PLATE SALE IS HERE

Well, the BBQ plate sale is here tomorow, well actually it is today since it is after midnight as I write this. I am up working on the routes and directions and though I should send out a prayer request! :) Please keep the sale in your prayers. It should prove an interesting day. The water is out or messed up in Shreveport and some places are closed because of it so I am not sure whether everyone who ordered will be there! Anyways, I do not have the total final numbers just yet because I have not added in the newest batch but I believe it is over 250 plates sold. We had some donations of food and supplies and then I got some good deals on what I did buy so I prayerfully did not loose too much of the profit towards the baby fund. I should have more info on the amount raised tomorow night. Anyways, I best get back to work so I can get a little sleep :) I am excited and a bit overwhelmed and nervous at the same time :) Noah Baby, this is one HUGE step closer to coming to get you my prescious baby boy! I am blowing you kisses in the wind sweet baby! :)

Prayers Please for BBQ Plate Sale Fundraiser and donations and such

Hi everyone,

PLEASE be in prayer for us this whole week. We are preparing for our BBQ plate Sale fundraiser this friday (January 11, 2008). We are trying to get as much food and supplies donated as we can and that is not goin as well as we need so far. Also we need to sell tickets. We are selling for $5 a plate which we are told is a very good price by some friends why buy lunch each day. We have a few friends who are also trying to sell. Please keep it all in prayer, the donations, the ticket sales, and also the physical help to box up plates and to deliver. One friend who works at a hospital has had several coworkers as if we were goin to do alot of these sales, so please pray it works out well this time and maybe we can do a spagetti plate sale or something the next time, but for now we just need to get through this one. I KNOW that I KNOW that God is blessing us with Noah as our son and I KNOW that God can do this, HE can provide all the money that we need. This is so overwhelming to me but to God nothing is too much. I am praying for God to show off somemore :) Please also be in prayer for the things we are trying to sell to sell, and for donations, and for us to sell all this World's Finest Chocolate we have to sell so we can pay the invoice that has come due. Anyways this is a crazy week with Celeste and I running all week trying to sell tickets and get donations. Thank You Jesus Celeste is home to be a part of this :) Please also be in prayer as we have to take her back to Dallas January 13 for her 2nd semester. As always please keep our sweet baby boy Noah in your prayers. Feels like forever we have been waiting and I know we have a long way to go still. Thanks for all your prayers and help!

in His Love,
Tami

Kisses in the Wind

KISSES IN THE WIND
I hold you in my heart and touch you in my dreams.
You are here each day with me, at least that's how it seems.

I know you wonder where we are... what's taking us so long.
But remember child, I love you so and God will keep you strong.

Now go outside and feel the breeze and let it touch your skin...Because tonight, just as always, I blow you kisses in the wind.

May God hold you in His hand until I can be with you.
I promise you, my darling, I'm doing all that I can do.

Very soon, you'll have a family for real, not just pretend. But for tonight, just as always, I blow you kisses in the wind.

May God wrap you in His arms and hold you very tight.
And let the angels bring the kisses that I sent to you each night.

When Love Takes You In!
