that God asks us to step out on faith… and sometimes we must step out
alone.
I am sharing one of the pictures taken when Jeremiah was on all life
support! He was on it for 12 days and alot of hours of each of those
days I spent alone in that room! Aloneeaning no other person to talk
to, lean on, cry to, etc. Just me and God watching over my baby!! Two
of the days when for hours ( one time over 9 hours) things were at the
very worse and their were 2 docs, 2 respiratory therapist and 4 nurses
in the room that entire time fighting to keep him alive and I am in
the corner of the bench I slept on for all those hours and the
majority alone watching, crying, praying and begging God to savey
baby! Not for sake I said bit for Jeremiah's!! He had not had a chance
yet to experience family life or anything that we had so hopes to give
him. I am ever aware that God did not have to save my baby! And that
without God he would not be here! I also believe there was a reason
that I was alone in that PICU room so much and especially at such
crucial times. All I could so was send word by phone to the world and
the folks in waiting room
To storm heaven and then crawl up next to the God of the universe, the
ONLY one who could help me, and cry to HIM! This pictureay have
beenade during a short visit by family or by a nurse as they dis that
for us too, o am not sure bit I KNOW it portrays to me just me and God
with my baby! God gave him life in Taiwan and he gave him life again
in Louisiana! I can't say it felt good all that happened but I can say
I was honored to be a part of God showing off!!

Oh, I am so happy for you, that your son is home, that you have your little boys, all your children with you and can show Jeremiah your love!
What a picture of complete dependence on God. It doesn't get any closer to complete need of Him and trust in Him, does it??
