Not flesh of my flesh, nor bone of my bone; but, still miraculously, my own.
Never forget, for a single minute you didn't grow under my heart, but in it.

Sharing Panda Boy and Frogie Boy Happenings...

Thought I would post a bit about things around here.

This past Thursday we had a Shriner's Appointment to pick up Jeremiah's AFO's (Ankle and Foot Orthotic)

He was in a pretty good mood and was patient with the guy! :)

he even got a tad smiley while I was singing

I made some collages of things around here lately :)

This was Noah today!  He is being quite difficult with pictures and at times gets ANGRY and throws a fit if I try and take his picture.  Today he allowed these.

here is a little video I made of him and he was so funny saying no to smile, but he does actually give a little smile

Noah started with therapy form the school district this week. He is to get 30 minutes of speech starting next week, he gets 1 hour of a teacher coming and 30 minutes of adaptive physical Education.  I was so proud of him for sitting in his high chair at the table with the teacher and being a big boy!  he did great until she wanted him to do things he can't and he get frustrated, shuts down and won't try anymore or even talk. He will be starting OT at the hospital  in September as well.  Praying that this is all very good for him.

Jeremiah stood in a stander for the FIRST time at therapy!!!  He did amazing!  he tolerated it so well :)  I cried of course when I saw him!!!!

This is some more of Jeremiah at PT.  He LOVES Lisa his PT and mommy does too.  I cried my eyes out at this session cuz she had Noah and Jeremiah play ball together :)

playing ball with noah in therapy

Noah is sooo sweet to Jeremiah!  They have the most prescious relationship :)  Sometimes he loves him too much!  I have to keep saying GENTLE Noah!  lol

I adore being able to put the boys in the tub together :)  soo sweet :)  I am so thankful to have found a baby seat thing that works for Jeremiah for now, as he grows it wont work but I am determined to find ways to keep the boys together in the tub as long as Noah still wants too!

blurry but such a cute picture of Noah at the dedication :)

My beautiful boys!  A rare picture of Noah smiling!  He smiles but gets MAD when I get camera out!  LOL  he is TIRED of papparazzi I guess :)

noah adores wiggles

As big as he is getting he still has a sweet baby face :)  Love you Noah, my sweet Panda Boy!

I have been to say the least very emotional as of late.  I just stare into this little guys face and treasure every second we have with him.  It is overwhelming to be told your child's prognosis for survivial is none.  I dont completley understand it all but I just know I want what life he has be it a year or 20 years to be lived to the fullest.  I told Bobby no more SOMEDAY.  Someday is NOW.  I want to do as much as possible for these boys and take them places and everything.  I am trying to figure out ways to stimulate as much as I can.  Jeremiah is in PT and oral therapy and will start Occupational therapy in September all at the hospital he was in ICU at.  He will have a special instructor come from Early Steps to the house to play with him an hour a week and teach me to play with him and stimulate him with his other senses and stimulate what brain he does have.   It amazes me to watch him when I know he only has a brain stem and part of his cerrebellum.  He sure is doing along :)

Kisses in the Wind

I hold you in my heart and touch you in my dreams.
You are here each day with me, at least that's how it seems.

I know you wonder where we are... what's taking us so long.
But remember child, I love you so and God will keep you strong.

Now go outside and feel the breeze and let it touch your skin...Because tonight, just as always, I blow you kisses in the wind.

May God hold you in His hand until I can be with you.
I promise you, my darling, I'm doing all that I can do.

Very soon, you'll have a family for real, not just pretend. But for tonight, just as always, I blow you kisses in the wind.

May God wrap you in His arms and hold you very tight.
And let the angels bring the kisses that I sent to you each night.

When Love Takes You In!
