Not flesh of my flesh, nor bone of my bone; but, still miraculously, my own.
Never forget, for a single minute you didn't grow under my heart, but in it.

Car Wash Fun!!!! Final Fundraiser 4 Jeremiah!

Well, today we held our FINAL FUNDRAISER for Jeremiah!   We have a dress Giveaway still going on that we will draw for soon but it was already begun and all that is left for it is to draw.  But as far as physical Fundraiser, Today was our last day!  The car wash was alot of fun! :)  Wish I had video of alot of it :)  God so blessed because as of last night we had 1 person who had said they were coming.  This morning my best friend Shonette who is out of town calls a friend of hers and her hubby and her and 3 of her 10 children came out to help!  My friend Jessica and her Daughter Eileen and her friend Rachel came out to help, My dear friend Sherry sent her son Cory out to help!  So we had all kinds of help :)  It was such a wonderful fun day!  And God so blessed!  We raised another $136!!!  Here is a video of the day! :)

We went today and bought over the counter meds to take with us for whatever our family might need!  I was SHOCKED how much it all cost.  I know we still need to get a gross of dramaine! LOL well maybe not that much but a goodly amount as Celeste and I both have motion sickenss real bad.  I keep remembering the last flights and am SOOO praying against any physical problems as well as plane and such.   I can't believe we leave in 5 days!  Still so much to get done and figured out and I am starting to worry about all kinds of things.  Need to get my papers all figured out, copies of everything they want and get it all in my travel pack ready to go.  Tonight at 9:30 Bobby gets off work and does not go back for SIX WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He is taking EVERY Minute of Paternity leave he is due! :)  I am sooo excited we are at this point!!!!!  HE NEEDS a vacation, and though this is not a vacation, it is at least a break from work and he will have bonding time with Jeremiah and all! :)  We are not really sure what life will be like once we have Jeremiah, so much about him and his severe needs remains a mystery to us.  Thankfully we KNOW the ONE who does know and we are riding on HIS coat tails into this journey!   All I do know is Jeremiah needs us as much as we need him and LOVE can make a difference!  :)  Whatever will be will be , but we will all be together.  PRAYING I CAN be the kinda mommy he needs me to be, and that I can take good enough care of him.  that is all I worry about.  Celeste's Birthday is Monday so we have a celebration in the midst of all the getting ready :)  and we have to go on some family outings with Noah we have planned to as well as get the house ready, everything packed and cleaned get my mom all she will need, figure out all the dogs needs, because we lost our dog sitter because of an emergency so they are having to stay at our house outside the whole time we are gone.  I am so worried about them and that they will run away because it is so long.  Praying Uncle John  next door can feed and water them for us.  Anyway we have all that to work out and be ready to leave for dallas Thursday!
we are getting so close Jeremiah my love!  Hold on just a bit longer and Mommy and Daddy and Jei Jei and Gege will be there frogie boy! :)  We get to meet the doctors that saved your life and have tried so hard to do all they can for you! This is so HUGE that we will have so much knowledge of all your little body has been through to share with your new doctors here at home!  HOME little Buddy!  YOU ARE COMING HOME SOON!  Until we get there angel boy catch mommy's kisses in the wind!

Okay, the count down is on and you are just days away from holding your youngest son for the very first time...
I'm SO excited for you Tami!
Glad to hear that the car wash was a success and you can now focus on getting packed and situated for your trip.
My packing Tip:
Pack things inside of each other. Shoes, toys, anything with hollow space can hold something else...

Thinking of ya and can't wait to see and hear how things go!
I really do wish that I was tagging along for this one. I'm so homesick for SLC and Taiwan...

Kisses in the Wind

KISSES IN THE WIND
I hold you in my heart and touch you in my dreams.
You are here each day with me, at least that's how it seems.

I know you wonder where we are... what's taking us so long.
But remember child, I love you so and God will keep you strong.

Now go outside and feel the breeze and let it touch your skin...Because tonight, just as always, I blow you kisses in the wind.

May God hold you in His hand until I can be with you.
I promise you, my darling, I'm doing all that I can do.

Very soon, you'll have a family for real, not just pretend. But for tonight, just as always, I blow you kisses in the wind.

May God wrap you in His arms and hold you very tight.
And let the angels bring the kisses that I sent to you each night.

When Love Takes You In!
